I work with individual small to mid-sized businesses, generally with Marketing Directors, to train and leverage their team to inhouse their SEO efforts. Most clients see an over 12% increase in organic traffic in a few months.

Upcoming Efforts

I'm working on a Fractional COO offering that would allow companies from $1 mil - $10 mil in annual revenue to have a Part-time Chief Operation Officer. The idea would be to help CEOs through a secondary growth phase of their business. I would focus on building processes and procedures to help the organization scale, help the CEO turn ideas to action, and help with the operations, marketing, and human resources components. My goal is to help the organization get to a place where they can hire someone else to manage those roles, and eventually a full-time COO.
